Chapter 1
In was a nice, sunny day. The air felt just right, and a gentle wind made it even better. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the sun was shining bright. There was a little village in the meadows. It was very small, but the whole village was like a family. They all cared for each other, they knew how another person felt, and everybody was in peace and worked together, and very rarely got into fights. One particular house was made of wood, and was around the biggest in the whole village. That was because four kids, as friends, spent three-fourths of their days in that house. They loved it a lot, and they were witches and wizards.
Of course they didn't know at that time, but those kids knew there was something different about them. Something different that separated them from all of the other families. One of them vanished carrots off of his own plate. His name was Terry Totter. He is always on the lookout for enemies, and was not brave. Terry was always very competitive, and always wanted to be the best of his mates. He was always very curious about how his friends were doing, and he bragged a lot. He had dark, brown hair. His light blue eyes always seemed to glow with thoughts of darkness, but he was always helpful in solving social problems and solved loads of problems in the village. He liked to talk things out and not fight.
Another kid was named Lillie Fran. She knew she was different because one time, she was climbing on Mt. Baldy with her class on a field trip at school in Eagle River. At one point, it was really steep, and Lillie didn't know where to put her feet and hands, and she couldn't hold on any longer. She closed her eyes and let go. She wanted to commit suicide. But, after three seconds, she felt herself being lifted into the air. Lillie opened her eyes, and she was on top of the mountain! Her class and her teacher were surprised that she was first! It was magic!
The third kid was very gentle and shy. She doesn't really like to meet new people, and liked to spend time alone. Her name was Hetra Foll. Everybody made fun of her name, but she always seemed to ignore them. In her free time, she likes to read books and learn new things. She appreciates nature and is very intelligent. Whenever she gets in trouble, she always finds a loophole and gets out of it very quickly. She has quick reflexes and has bright, ginger-like blond hair. Her eyes had a shade of green, and she always had a lot of questions about everything. The reason why she knew she was important was because she once wished that she would have her own diary to write her feelings in, to make her feel better when she's sad. An instant after that, a diary appeared right in front of her! She was surprised and always took it everywhere she went from that day on.
The last kid was Energie Kengra. He enjoyed video games, had loads of friends, and loves to play Wizards Chess. He was always very brave. He was also the best mathematical person in his class, and likes to show other people his hard work. Energie had dirty-ish blond hair. He always has some evidence to support his opinion, and it always seemed reasonable. He has always wanted something to turn out the way he wanted it to be; something powerful. That was when a compass came to him, soaring through the sky into his bedroom window. He didn't know why such a thing would happen, but he kept it in a secret place, knowing that it would be useful soon, but didn't know why.
Then one day, owls came soaring into the sky; Professor Dumbledore had sent them. Now the four kids were invited to a magical school, where the long, glorious, deadly, long journey awaits for them.
