“Oh no.”
Said Ron looking dismayed. “I forgot we had to do the sorting
before the feast, and I'm starving!” “Oh shut up Ron the
sorting's starting.” Hermione snapped. Professor McGonagall sorted
all the new witches and wizards, “And last but most certainly not
least is Scarlett Potter!” Those in the great hall who were having
whispered conversations fell silent. There was only one magical
Potter left and he had been at Hogwarts for four years now. As the
girl placed the sorting hat on her head it shouted “Gryffindor!”
Nobody clapped or cheered she shuffled over to the Gryffindor table
her head in her hands crying. “And now dig in!” cried Dumbledore. Scarlett was sat in between Harry and Hermione and she gave Harry a
big hug and said “ Harry I am so glad to be finally meeting you!”
And she burst into tears again. Harry thinking that she was just
another Colin Creevey said “Oh...er...thanks.

The next
morning in the morning post both Harry and Scarlett got a scroll of
parchment from Dumbledore saying Meet me in my office at 9'o clock
precisely -Professor Dumbledore.

So
Harry set off at five to nine to Dumbledore's office but he met
Scarlett flying up the stairs on the fourth
floor. “Hey kid! Why aren't you in lessons?” said Harry.
“Dumbledore...wants...to...see...me!” she panted to Harry. “OK”
said Harry quickly. “Where are you from anyway?” said Harry keen
to change the subject. “I think I was born in Godric's Hollow but I
have lived in Manchester since I was Two.”

Harry. “I'm fifteen” she replied “But I haven't had the guts
to start school before now.” “Why?”said Harry. “I think
that's what your about to find out.” she said darkly.
