How to be a better...........well you i guess
going thro life can be hard tests, homework, clubs we have all been there but this is how i got out of it well for now at least........!

Chapter 3
Ok so school is going to be the biggest chapter of this whole book because we have lots and lots and lots of sections to get through .
Section 1
Friends
No no when I first started secondary I had one friend and I was an even 100% sure if she was coming to my school so first thing I did was sit alone every day, very fun to be honest but I was too scared to try to make any new friends because I thought everyone would just reject me because I'm that weird, what eventually I made a new friend by sitting on the bus with her and she introduced me to her friends and then I went to friends offering group as evolved a lot since then but I still have them two original friends that I made on the bus. Just go for it ask somebody hey can I sit with you today or hey is anybody sitting here because majority of the time there will be just weird as you are.
Section 2
How to deal with bullying
Now being weird child that I was I got quite a fair share of bullying directed at me and here are my three simple steps to keeping a good mental health whilst also putting the bullies in that place.
Step number one
If the simple thing that the bullies are already to you that day wasn't enough to report it as a lot of people call it write it in a book write everything down in a book and then at the end of the year you'll have a long list of everything that they've done and get them into trouble a lot of people say that this is snitching it's not snitching it's karma it's very fun.
Step number two
Use the puzzle sharp technique imagine it as if you are wearing a bright blue shirt and somebody comes up to you and says ew your purple shirt is so ugly you can go I'm not wearing a purple shirt. Saint paralysis put it with oh my gosh you're so ugly I am not ugly everybody understand.
And step number three
Trade an amazing happy thoughts jar this is mainly for your mental health because keeping a good one can be difficult during times of bullying so create your happy thoughts jar with simple jam jar wrapping some tissue paper around it and put you on advancing lid then fill it with every good moment you have ever experienced in your entire read it when you feel low.
Okay now we move on to section three
Homework
I want come back up homework can be annoying homework can be a pain in the you know what but here are my steps to get you done and on time
Buy a calendar and Mark all of your homework due dates on the calendar then hang your calendar up somewhere where you won't forget about it and you can check every single day oh do I have any homework due in this week.
Next step have an organized space to do homework if possible have a separate room and desk not in your bedroom to all homework at school based activities I make sure it is organized and has everything that you could possibly need in your area. Preferably with another set of quills because you don't want to forget your pencil case at school because that's not good.
And I final step for completing homicon time is do it the day you get it I know sometimes this might not be possible to do but do it as soon as you get it so you do not forget about it and procrastinate.
