I'm in the common room and it's really loud, I start to turn to the dorm, but Maddy grabs my arm and pulls me back. "Why are you wearing that silly hat?" She asks above all the noise. Before I can reply she pulls it off me. "Holy shit who did this?" I can't reply, everyone is now looking at me. I run into my dorm. I start crying. I usually don't cry. I kept muttering "fuck." under my breath. Maddy walks in. "Sorry, I didn't realize-" She stops. I just pull the cover over my head, and eventually I fall asleep to the sound of her breathing.
