While he claims that he didn't other sources say otherwise. around 1:45PM on 3-2-2023 the Ministry of Magic detected a use of dark magic in muggle public property. The Americas district of the Ministry of Magic detected this use of magic in Omaha Nebraska, When the Ministry of Magic arrived at 903 S 37th St in Omaha NE, they found 4 muggles on the ground still recovering from the pain of the crucio spell. The Ministry of Magic asked them where the person went and they said "The house next door I think". The Ministry of Magic entered 905 S 37th St in Omaha NE and found the suspect in there sleeping on his couch. The Ministry of Magic apprehended the suspect named Benjamine Westley for 4 counts of using a unforgivable curse, 4 counts of using magic on a muggle, 4 counts of using dark arts on a muggle, 4 counts of using curses on a muggle, 4 counts of using a unforgivable curse on a muggle, 4 counts of using magic around a muggle, 4 counts of using magic around a muggle without obliviating the muggle afterwards. Benjamine Westley currently being detained and awaiting trial.
