People think the term "That Girl" means you're perfect and you've got your life all figured out and you're better than everyone else. Wrong! Those are lies! No one is perfect. No one. Try, and you will only fail. Instead, become the best version of yourself. Love yourself, stay true to yourself, and put yourself first. (Don't be selfish when putting yourself first!) Everyone has slow days and emotional breakdowns, even "That Girl".
