Aina W.: How did you discover and why did you join HiH?

Mariposa Hopes: I am a fan of "Harry Potter" and this is not treated! I have watched the movies many times and also read every part of the book. I always really wanted to get into the magical world, to Hogwarts school. And then one day I decided that maybe there is a place on the Internet where you can feel like a part of Hogwarts. I typed in the search box "Hogwarts online" and the first site that appeared was HiH. My happiness knew no bounds! And of course, I immediately began to register.

Aina W.: Why did the Sorting Hat put you in Slytherin?

Mariposa Hopes: I am purposeful, if I really want something, I will definitely achieve it. I do not like to lose, and therefore I always strive to win. Maybe that's why the hat decided to put me in Slytherin. Nevertheless, I am kind enough and will do everything for the sake of relatives and friends.

Aina W.: Why is your name Mariposa Hopes?

Mariposa Hopes: I like the Spanish language, especially the word "butterfly", which in Spanish is "Mariposa". As for the last name, I just took the word "Hope" (which is my real name when translated into my native language) and just added "s" to it.

Aina W.: What are you working on right now and why?

Mariposa Hopes: I publish The Daily Prophet. I also draw for Hogwarts magazine. I also write recipe articles for the Hogwarts Prophet. I used to be the inventor of sweets at Honeydukes. I am an artist, I love creative work and therefore I am engaged in all this activity.

Aina W.: How do you feel about working for the Daily Prophet Weekly Magazine?

Mariposa Hopes: I love my job at the weekly magazine The Daily Prophet. I feel a great responsibility, since the publication of all the articles from the guys depends on me. But I like it.

Aina W.: Where do you enjoy more the interactive part or the studio part?

Mariposa Hopes: I really can't decide on an answer because I like both studying and chatting with friends. The best thing is to learn together.

Aina W.: English is not your first language, how do you manage?

Mariposa Hopes: Muggle school didn't teach English well, so I don't know much. I use Google translate. I don't think it's a big problem for communication.

Aina W.: Any extra notes?

Mariposa Hopes: This is my first HiH interview and I am very excited! I wish you all a Happy New Year!
