Dear Diary, and anyone else reading this,

          The first few days were a struggle for me, I joined the clubs and joined my First Year Potions Class; however, it is safe to say: potions are not my strong suit. In fact, I rather hate them. To be completely honest, it is hard to make friends. Especially someone like me.

          I was rather upset when looking at the classes I can enroll in. Care of Magical Creatures isn't one of them. I have to wait till Year 3 to do that. I hate all other lessons apart from Herbology but I'm too scared to join that. I am considering starting Flying Class, although it seems rather complicated. If there is anything that you may learn while reading this, is that I am quite lazy. 

          My horrible mother (Bellatrix) has been pestering me about becoming a Death Eater. I'm 12 for fuck sake. What does she expect? Me to risk my whole life for The Dark Lord, I think not. She is delusional. She is also concerned for my health and has complained multiple times about me being in an environment with mudbloods. I don't blame her, I am a bit worried too. For all I have been told, they are nasty traitors, who are a disgrace to wizardry. 

          I am not just worried about that, there is something else. I am scared that I won't be good enough. I have a lot to live up to. You see, my mother (Bellatrix) wants me to marry a pure-blood Slytherin boy to keep the Black Family's self-respect high, especially after that backstabber - Sirius Black. He deserves to be locked up in Azkaban for his horrible behavior toward his family, his own flesh, and blood. Everyone is expecting me to be good. After all, I am The Heir of Slytherin, aye?
