The Revenge
Chapter 10
Another Patronian came to us two months after the ambush.
We stuck to him, all the 120 refugees, and asked him to let us join their forces.
He said that it wasn't possible, because they only recruit healthy and skilled Patronian soldiers.
We didn't care. We said that we would fight them to our death - we had nothing more to lose.
He gave up. He brought us to the Patronian Council, and they had let us in the army, but in a new type of force.
The Undaunted Division.
The Undaunted Division was an army only with 120 soldiers - us, the refugees.
We trained as hard as we could, and did our best - we had to avenge for our friends, family, and...
Home.
They had taken our home. They had killed our loved ones. Those merciless, dirty, heartless monsters.
We will never forgive them.
We had their thought throughout our entire training.
Soon it was time for our first real battle.
Two years of training.
We were prepared.
A Patronian general handed each of us soldiers a Pytre gun, an Aura Blade, a pack of six Dynamo grenades, and a flash.
We entered the battlefield.
Millions were already fighting.
This was what was happening on the place that once was our home.
We charged ahead into the fight. We were willing to die, as long as we could make them regret what they had done to us.
I was one of the smaller children in the battle, but we fought as if we were twenty years older.
A Tophykian came - my first opponent.
He swung his Razor Baton, but I would evade it by ducking to my right.
My right hand held the Aura Blade. I swung my sword at the Tophykian. The spikes of my blade had knocked him down, and I pierced his back with my eyes closed.
He was dead.
