One year later, Sara and Draco became friends. She tried to ignore his feelings for her. He still called her princess, but she didn't mind as much now. The Yule Ball was arriving, and it was the pinnacle of conversation. 

 In Study Hall, Sara was trying very hard to keep her eyes open, her now ebony hair falling over her eyes, when Fred nudged her with his shoulder. "Oi! George wants to ask you something." He grinned as she looked at George. What, she mouthed. He made a series of gestures, the first of which he pointed to her, then making a dancing motion, and topping it off with pointing to himself. The Yule Ball? She smiled and then nodded. He winked at Harry and Fred playfully.

 "Weasley? She's going to the ball with George Weasley?" Draco exclaimed, distraught. "Calm down, Malfoy." Blaise soothed. He lay on his bed and let out an overdramatic sigh. "Make her jealous." He suggested. Draco sat up. "That's a brilliant idea Blaise. Absolutely brilliant."
