pay attention
listen to directions as you dont want to be flying left whilst everyone else flies right
come prepered to fly
long hair needs to be tied back in some fashion , comfortable loose fitting clothes underneath your robess as well as closed toed shoes. other stuff like pads, helmets or broomsticks will be provided.
whenever you hear my whistle, return to the ground
many times the whistle will mean begin, turn or stop.
