Monday.

In class, somehow, I was partnered up with Malfoy. It was potions. I got to work and Malfoy actually started helping me from time to time. He would hand me the ingredients, read to me the book, etc. After I handed in the work, I turned to him. 

"Thanks for helping today!"

I said with a smile. That was the first time I talked to him so nicely and sweetly. 

"Sure, Granger."

He murmured coldly, but I could tell what his true emotions were. I headed to the black lake just to cool down and relax. Cedric sat walked towards me and stood beside me. I stood up. 

"Hey, y/n"

He greeted. I smiled. 

"Hi, Cedric! How are you?"

I asked. 

"I'm very good. I'm here to ask you something..."

"yeah, what is it?"

"do you wanna be my girlfriend?"

He took my hand. I was shocked. I was about to say something when Malfoy grabbed my left hand. 

"M-Malfoy"

I exclaimed. He held my hand so firmly in an overprotective manner. 

"Come on y/n. We have to study for our next project"

I was shocked. That was the first time that he called me by my first name. I didn't know what to do. The two boys were holding both of my hands. 

"y/n, tell him to let go"

Cedric said angrily. I looked at Malfoy. 

"I-I...."

I couldn't speak, I couldn't think. I was too nervous. I felt like fainting. 

"come on, y/n. We have to study"

Malfoy said sharply. Cedric gave me a look not to listen to Malfoy. Suddenly everything went black. I woke up at the hospital wing. I couldn't see very well. But I could see someone sitting beside my hospital bed and holding my hand. I rubbed my eyes so that I could see clearly. I realized that it was Malfoy. 

"Malfoy?"

I said weakly. 

"y/n!"

He calmly but surprisingly exclaimed. 

"Malfoy what are you-"

"You can call me Draco"

He said as he held my hand tighter. 

"What happened?"

I asked. 

"you fainted. It's probably because of me. I'm sorry-"

"There's nothing to be sorry about"

I interrupted.
