At the start of the First Year, you are required to take the classes: Flying (on broomsticks), Transfiguration, Potions, Charms, Defense Against The Dark Arts, History of Magic, Astronomy, and Herbology.

At the end of the second year, you are to choose a minimum of two extra classes to take at the beginning of third year. The choices are Arithmancy, Muggle Studies, Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, and Study of Ancient Runes.

There are the subjects like Alchemy that you can attend but it needs high demands from your previous studies.
