Week before Christmas

Snape and I have been spending more time with each other. It's been nice. We're connected somehow. It's weird.

Willow, Hermione, Ginny, and I are going to Hogsmeade to dress shop. "So Fred and George are excited to take you guys" Ginny said. Willow and I chuckled. "Who are you guys going with?" I said. "I'm going with Neville" Ginny said. "Neville seems nice" I said. "What bout you?" Willow asked. Hermione smiled. "Heh, well. I, uh, I'm going to with Viktor Krum" she said shyly. "Oh my gosh!" Ginny said.  "That's awesome! Good for Hermione" Willow said. "Nice" I said. Hermione blushed. "So what color dress do you think you'll get?" I asked. "Oh I uh don't know" she said. "What are you thinking?" Hermione asked me. "Green maybe. Maybe black or purple" I said. "Nice" she said. Willow looked to me like really. “I plan on wearing red.” Willow said. “What about you Hermione?” Willow asked. “Hmm. Pink maybe.” She said.

We all started to walk to the village. “I wonder when Harry and Ron will ask someone.” Willow said. “If I know those two then it will be the day before.” Ginny said. We went into the shop. I saw a beautiful green dress. It looked familiar somehow. I held it up to myself. Then my head felt like someone was trying to split it open with a rusty spork.

*Flash back*

“Oh wow! Isn’t this beautiful?” I asked motioning to a lovely green gown. “A bit expensive don’t you think?” Severus asked showing me the tag. “Good grief. 100 Gallions?! You would think that its a princess dress!” I said putting it back. Severus chuckled. “On you it would be.” He said. I smiled and kissed him. “Even more so because you don’t have a huge stomach.” He said looking at Eveleen in her small stroller. She was asleep holding a small stuffed owl. “She looks just like you.” He said for what seemed like the hundredth time. “She has your eyes though!” I said. He smiled.

We left the shop. People stayed out of the way. I frowned. “I hate this. Just because dad is being an git and killing everyone left, right, and center doesn’t mean I will.” I said. I felt Severus tense. “Oh come on!” I said smiling. “He knows I don’t care for his methods. He will only come after me when I start protecting mudbloods.” I said. “Still. You shouldn’t talk about him like that. He has eyes and ears everywhere.” He said. “You don’t need to remind me Severus!” I said angrily. “Godrick knows I know him the best.” I said. “I don’t think anyone knows him the ‘best’.” He said. “Can we NOT talk about this here?!” I asked. He sighed but didn’t push.

Severus’s POV

We got to the Ministry. They all turned a blind eye. Good. We were getting a time turner for Bellatrix. It was Victoria’s idea. Mothers day was coming up so she was getting her a present. We got into the time room. Victoria looked all around. I looked at the humming bird that kept on trying to fly away but then falling back to an egg. Victoria looked at it as well. “Poor thing. I would hate to get hit by a time turner.” She said. “I agree. I would miss you terribly.” I said. She smiled up at me. We grabbed a time turner and left. We were about to disapparate when the door opened. Rage filled me. It was James Potter. “Snape! What are you doing here!?” James said pulling out his wand. I pulled mine out as well. “Expelliarmus!” James yelled. it missed me. I looked back to see if Victoria was ok. She was looking at me in surprise. The time turner in her hands was shattered. “NO!” I tried to curse James but he disapparated. When I looked back Victoria she was a teen. Carrie wasn’t moving. It looked like the time turner affected each of them differently. It had made time go back for Victoria and made time stop for Carrie. I felt a long cold hand on my shoulder. “Do not worry Severus. I will take care of this.” It was the Dark Lord. I just nodded. I saw him cast a spell. A snake appeared on Victoria’s neck.

*End of flashback*

Victoria’s POV

“Vikki! Oi! Vikki!” I heard Willow’s voice. I opened my eyes. My head still hurt and I felt like I had the flu. “Hey you ok?” Willow asked. I shook my head. Willow helped me up. “I’ll help her to the hospital wing. You two go on and stay here.” Willow said to Ginny and Hermione. They nodded. We headed back to the castle. I kept on blacking out and getting snippets of my past. “Ok. Your going to tell me whats going on.” Willow said. “I can’t there is nowhere private.” I said. Willow smiled. “I know a place.” She said. We came to a wall. Then a door showed up. She push open the door. There was a huge room full of junk. “Welcome to the Room of Requirement.” Willow said.
