Lily listened as Oliver told her about his brother. She tried to forget Colin while listening but he kept coming to the front of her mind. She managed to push it away for a little bit. He told her it could ruin their friendship. "No offense but what did you do to get him angry at you?" Lily asked quietly. Like, Colin for example, she told Oliver about his lycanthropy and he lost it. There we go again. Lily just couldn't forget about Colin. She'll have to try and talk to him soon or she'll just go crazy. Oliver told her about a jewel. A prized possession. His brother wants it. In a instant, she had a idea. "Put the jewel in Gringotts. If he can get into your vaults, put it in mine. Nobody would dare break into it." Lily took his hand. "Are you scared he'll try to use me to get this possession from you?" She wasn't really surprised, If this boy was a evil Slytherin and really wants this thing, then he'll use someone close to Oliver. But Lily wasn't going to let that stop her from being with him. After all, part of her family fought in the Second WIzarding World and she had inherited their fierceness and stubbornness. She'll be fine.

“He wanted that jewel… that was why he was so mad. My parents thought they should give it to me. As he had more of a … bad reputation… he used to sneak out a lot. Once he got someone really hurt. No one but him and my parents knew. It must have been real bad. Anyways he went up to me that night and he asked for the jewel. I refused of course. I told him he didn’t even know how to open the vault. No one knew how to. Only those who were passed the jewel. But somehow he knew. He just needed the jewel. I refused and he said he couldn’t trust me as a brother anymore. He saw me as a traitor. This jewel has to be kept within a range of the person they passed it down to. Gringotts was too far away. Either way he could only get it if I passed it to him. If not he would not see or be able to touch the jewel.” Oliver said. He wondered if his decision was right. Should he have told her? “Knowing my brother, he does whatever he can to get what he wants. So yes. I am afraid that he will.” Oliver said. ”If he comes… there will be nothing I can do. He is far far more advanced than me. He could beat me in a duel blindfolded. Hold on, be right back” Oliver Added. Oliver quickly left. He was going to get something in his common room.
