It's a Definite Kind of Love (A Blackinnon Fanfiction)
Ever since that one kiss, something had changed between them. They were more comfortable with each other. They cared for each other (mostly... sometimes... 70% of the time... 60%...) They actually tried hard for each other. This is the story of Sirius Black and Marlene McKinnon. WARNING: There are mentions of violence in this story. If it is a trigger, feel free to close this book. All credits go to J.K. Rowling except for my OCs. Please keep in mind that I do not support her views on the LGBTQIA+ community, as I am part if that community myself. Thanks for taking the time to read. BOI THE HECK YOU DOIN-
Chapter 10
A/n: I am soooooo sorry I haven't updated in a while. I think my updating schedule from now on is just going to be every friday. :)
On to the cringe story!
"Well, here it is," sighed Marlene, blasting open her room's door and revealing the heaps of clothes and random stuff piled on the floor. "El Casa de la Marleno."
"Do you even clean this room?" asked Sirius, glancing at her.
"I would say a hard- No."
"Understandable."
Sirius walked around and flopped onto her bed. "Dang, I need a bouncy bed like this."
"Get off. I sleep there, you know."
Sirius raised his head and wiggled his eyebrows at her.
"Oh my Godric, Sirius, you're such an idiot," said Marlene, rolling her eyes.
"Tell me something I don't know."
"Clearly you don't know about getting off of my bed. UP!"
Sirius groaned and flopped off the bed and onto the floor.
He wriggled upward like a worm to finally stand up.
They stared into each other's eyes for a second.
Then Marlene crashed into him with a rib-cracking hug. "I missed you and your horrible sense of humor."
"I missed your disgusting smell of never taking a bath," said Sirius, rubbing her back gently.
Um- and they called this- THIS- love.
confusion
Ok, back to the story.
Marlene ended the hug, but her hands were still clinging around Sirius' neck.
They stood for a second, silent.
Then Sirius crashed his lips onto hers.
Marlene was surprised for a second. But that second ended, of course.
I'm not gonna go into detail, but I will say this- snogging became a very normal thing from then on.
The next morning, Marlene didn't wake up.
And no, she wasn't dead.
She just didn't want to wake up.
Pearl poked her head into the door. "Marlene," she said sternly. "Your friend's already been up for two hours, cleaning everything up with me and helping around the house. Meanwhile, you're sleeping in here for 20 hours straight. Have some decency, Marlene."
Pearl made a tssk sound and left the room.
Marlene groaned. She was literally never getting up. Her ears perked up when she heard Sirius talking to Pearl.
"I can wake her up, Mrs. McKinnon, if you'd like," Sirius said faintly.
"Of course, dear, thank you so much."
"My pleasure."
Sirius walked up the stairs calmly and politely.
As soon as he got into her room and closed the door, he made that annoying noise that comes out of iPhones when your alarm rings.
"Wakkkkeeeeeee upppppppppp yoooouuuuurrrrr mooooomm maaaaddddeeeeeee waaaaaaffffflllllleeeesssssssssss-"
That was the encouragement Marlene needed. Waffles.
And then she yeeted herself out of the bed. "WAFFLES!"
