The Basics of the charm 'Lumos' are easy to acomplish, But are useful for many different situations. For Example, If you are lost in a dark or scary place, Lumos will light the top of your wand providing light to help you find your way. However, this is only one of multiple uses for the charm. But first, let's look into how to use the charm. The most simple way to describe the wand movement is ' A Swish And Flick'. What this means is to lift your wand and draw a kind of U shape accept for that one you have drawn that shape, you must flick the tip of your wand slightly upwards. As you do this movment, you clearly pronounce the word,'Lumos'.
