Chapter 1
I am writing this book in the hopes that some of you will be able to refine your roleplaying and writing skills. While there is no exactly correct way to write literature and I do not claim to be an expert, I have picked up a few tips in the realm of writing and they may be useful to those of you with a passion for stories. This book will be updated regularly, so please check in often or add it to your bookshelf.
The first section of this book will deal primarily with roleplaying. While not all writers are roleplayers, roleplaying involves just as much character and world building as writing by yourself. I will be discussing the fundamentals of roleplaying, the styles, descriptive techniques, the do's and don't's of making a character, and anything else I can think of.
The second part of this book will deal with writing on your own. It will discuss the same principles as roleplaying but with the added privilege of complete control over the story.
I am always open to discussion when it comes to writing, so feel free to send me an owl. If you have anything you would like to add, anything you felt I got wrong or could have done better, anything you need more advice about, I would love to hear from you. This book will be more of a discussion on writing than an actual guide, so feel free to disagree with me on anything in this book. There are millions of ways to improve writing and I don't think this book will even scratch the surface, but I hope everyone who reads it will be able to pick up a good piece of advice.
