The chosen one and the sorcerer's stone  Chapter 1: my name is Eileen Johnson and I have a twin sister Martina. we are 11 years old. I sat in my room reading a book when my dad called me downstairs to check the mail. I went to the mailbox and grab the mail and went back inside. I saw that there was a letter for me and Martina, I handed Dad his mail and I called Martina down stairs. I handed  her her letter and I began to read my own which read: dear Miss Johnson, we are pleased to inform you that you have been excepted at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Please find enclosed all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1 and the Hogwarts express leaves kings cross station at platform 9 3/4 at 11 AM. We await your owl no later than July 31. Yourssincerely, Professor Minerva McGonagle, deputy head mistress. I found a second sheet of parchment which had a list of all of my school supplies including books for potions, transfiguration, history of magic, herbology, defense against the dark arts, charms, magical beasts, and magical theory. there were also potions equipment, robes, and wand along with an optional pet. It stated on the list that we were to go to Cherron Cross Road in London where we would find a pub called The leaky cauldron only visible to the magical community. Martina and I were really excited. We couldn’t wait for time to start. I then saw an owl outside of our window. I open the kitchen window and it landed on the windowsill. I tied the letter to the owls leg with a bit of string. It took off through the window presumably to Hogwarts. I couldn’t wait for what the future would hold.
