At the age of eleven, Albus got his acceptance letter to Hogwarts. It was great excitement for his family, because not a lot of good things happened after Ariana's burial. Albus had mixed feelings about it though. He knew that his big sister never got the chance to go to Hogwarts, because she died a week before her eleventh birthday, but he also wanted to experience the joy and love for Hogwarts that everybody in the wizarding world had, so he decided to go, for his sake and for his sister's. And the rest is history!
