PRECAUTIONS!! *please read*
Chapter 5
Do not create spells if you are underaged! Creating spells is a very dangerous thing to do. DO NOT TEST THEM ON ANYONE WHO HAS NOT VOLUNTEERED!
Start with good spells before you make dangerous ones. Good spells give a nice base to work upon. Test your spells at least 10, hopefully more times, before using them in duels.
I trust you, please be safe with them. And finally if you want to have everyone be able to use your spells send them to the minister of magic, or show them to your headminister/headmistress to have them give it to the minister.
