The spell, the last step

You found the item that reminded you of what you're about to do. You killed an innocent person who could do nothing to save themselves. Put your blood on the object of choice. Drink unicorn blood for max effect. The pain will feel terrible. It's now time. Point your want at your item at the choice and slash your wand in a right slash downwards and say Tether. It's done. You will feel better, though you may feel chest pains that's all. You are now Immortal.
