Mattheo was in the bathroom getting ready, we talked for a bit but then silence fell on the room. “Are you up for this, you don’t have to go if you don’t want to” He stated 

“No, I want to go, take my mind off things and such” 

 “Ok, well let's go” 

We went down to the Common room and it was just like any other party we had gone to. I hung out with my Slytherin friends for a bit then grabbed a drink and went to the corner to be alone. I leaned up against the wall and watched the party. A couple minutes later Mattheo came and leaned against the wall next to me “Are you enjoying yourself here in the corner?” He asked 

“I don’t know” 

The voice suddenly came back, all other noises were gone, it was only this one voice in my head, filling my head. It kept saying forest, over and over again. 

(Mattheo’s pov)

Y/n slid down the wall and suddenly she was surrounded by black smoke. I grabbed her hand and the black smoke surrounded me as well, then we got pulled away from the Common room and a second later we were in the Forbidden Forest. Y/n was lying on the ground, motionless, limp. Vines came out from nowhere and grabbed her by her wrist and ankle then pulled her away from me. I tried to cut the vines but my dagger kept going through them like they were clouds. I tried to grab her hand and pull her back to me but I was not strong enough. The vines pulled her away and then she disappeared, taken by the forest. I suddenly heard a scream that I knew was Y/n’s. I tried to run in the direction I had heard it from but vines grabbed me by my ankles and pulled me back. It was almost as if the forest was alive and was keeping me from finding her. The vines pulled me down to the ground then kept pulling me further and further away from Y/n. Then everything went black. 

(Y/n’s pov)

I opened my eyes to find myself tied to a tree, it was still dark out and I could barely see anything. I heard footsteps behind me then felt someone's breath against my neck “Don’t move” They whispered in my ear then a snake slithered onto my shoulder and wrapped itself around my neck. I wasn’t that scared of snakes because my father had one but some had poisonous venom. The snake hissed in my ear as the man came around to the front of the tree and pointed his wand at me. I tried to call out in my mind to Mattheo or Thomas but the man waved his wand at me. I could feel him entering my mind. I tried to block it but I felt too weak. 

(Theodore’s pov)

I couldn’t find Mattheo so I went to his room and found Thomas there. “What are you doing here?” I asked

“I could ask you the same thing” He replied “Mattheo and Y/n are in trouble, we got to go” 

“Where are they?” 

“There in the forest,” he answered. We appareated to the forest and Thomas found Mattheo, lying against a tree. Thomas shook him awake with his foot and Mattheo opened his eyes and looked up at us, Thomas helped him to his feet.

“Where’s Y/n?” He stared at us blankly

“We don’t know, we thought you would have some ideas” Thomas stated 

“All I know is that she was taken away by vines and she’s in trouble” 

“I’m right here” Her voice spoke up from behind me. Mattheo’s face changed as he saw her. Thomas and I turned around to see her, standing there with black eyes and a smirk on her face. Vines grabbed me and Thomas and pulled us away to trees, Y/n stood there looking at Mattheo. 

“Let. Them. Go” He pronounced each word 

“You will have to kill me first” She tilted her head 

“I’m not going to hurt you” 

“Too bad” She waved her hands and the vines became tighter then one came around my neck and started choking me. She grabbed Mattheo and they disappeared. 

(Mattheo’s pov) 

We were suddenly in a small open area in the forest. I see there is another person standing off to the side “Now kill me or I will forget you” 

“I’m not killing you” 

They guy on the side waves his hand at Y/n and she falls to the ground “She’s all yours” He walked away I grabbed her and apparated to where the other boys were, they were already waiting for me. They see Y/n in my hands, they both come over and we apparated back to my dorm. 

I set Y/n down on the bed she uses when she sleeps or hangs out here. “What happened?” Thomas asked 

“She took us to a different part of the forest and told me to kill her or she would forget me but when I said no there was this other guy out there who waved his wand and she fell” I explained. 

A couple hours later Y/n woke up. She sat up and looked around at all of us, confused “What happened, how did I get here?” 

“What’s the last thing you remember?” I asked

“You coming to talk to me at the party”
