Chapter 2
Nia frowned. She didn't get a nice vibe from Natalia. She turned and whispered to Zosia.
"I don't like Natalia. I myself don't trust her an inch."
Zosia laughed
"Your paranoid! Not everyone's like Nadia and Aaliyah!"
She didn't want to admit she got a funny feeling around Natalia too. Then the sorting begun

"Aberdone, Sally" Called Professor Mcgonagall. Then, she passed the "S".
"Smith, Natalia!" and whispers broke out. She was sorted into Slytherin.

Angelina and friends jumped up and cheered her including Nia. After all, if they were going to be friends they'd better be good ones!
Natalia walked down to her table ans sat down, while Reena, Loura and Mary sat gossiping and debating whether they should talk to her. They also seemed to have spread the word and many young boys and girls were whispering about her.
The news spread to Andromeda, Rose, Nadia and Aaliyah.
Nadia choked on her glass of pumpkin juice.
"Natalia? at Hogwarts?" She gave a hacking cough and seeing her friends surprised expressions muttered
"I heard about Natalia Smith! She's the most powerful first year since Dumbledore! Her magical abilities is spectacular!"
She then spotted Natalia talking to Angelina and slid down to the bottom of the seat and mumered
"We are doomed."

Xena Ourloop came and sat down near them.
"Hey! Did you hear, Smith is in the first year? I bet I'm going to be bottom of the class. Now that Nadia and Natalia are probably going to become even more cleverer..." She joked, giving a theatricall sigh. Meanwhile, the rest of the Slytherins sank their teeth into the delicious feast, but some noticed that Natalia sat a bit apart from the others.
Nadia smiled and replied encouragingly
"Don't worry about grades! After all none of us have taken divination yet we can't predict!"
Then she noticed Natalia sat a little apart from everyone else and raised her eyebrows. Nadia had thought Natalia would have been surrounded by evil admirers plotting and scheming with them. She obviously wasn't a "people person
As soon as everyone went to leave, Natalia marched quickly and quietly, almost unnoticed but a couple of girls. Reena, Loura, Mary and several girls including Xena, Isabel Democour, who was a rather clever girl snuck up right behind her and followed her around like lost puppies. Eventually, they seemed to get the courage to talk to her and they noticed when she was wearing a painful smug smile and her eyes storming. Isabel and Reena both bombarded her with questions about her magic. Suddenly, Natalia lowered her voice and said to her faifthul admirers:
"I can teach you." Reena and Isabel looked as though they had been offered sweets and the rest were gaping and thanking her dearly
Aaliyah was dithering nearby not wanting to join them but also wanting too join them. Then Nadia came down the corridor and Aaliyah jumped out making Nadias heart stop. She whispered to her urgently
"Natalia's over there and she's offering her admirers help! I want to go myself what do you think?
Nadia stood there for a moment head cocked thoughtfully.
"Go. I myself am not. It is of course your choice."

A loud chatter broke out and the gaggle of girl walked away leaving Aaliyah annoyed. She really liked learning and this was her best oppotunity! She joined Nadia disappointed who took one look of her miserable face laughed and said
"You can ask to join you know!" Aaliyah nodded and felt much more cheerful
