Rule Number Two

Chapter 3

This is maybe the most important rule of all of them. Make it restfull not stressful. Why is this so important? Let me explaint my self before we move on.

If you make the process of becoming more emersed in your asthetic stressful, you will begin to dislike what you are doing. It will start feeling like it is to much for you. You will start to think you can't do it any more or your using the wrong asthetic. This is something you do not want to happen. Ever.

Here are a few tips on how to avoid this:

I am an introvert so I don't like doing to many things at once. When you are trying to do more with your new life style you should not do a bunch of projects. You should take the time to ease into your new asthetic. Don't rush in. Go slow and enjoy it. Trust me. Some things to do will easing into your asthetic are drinking tea, going outside and listening to music, draw, read, bake, write letters, or start a garden. Do whatever you want! It is completly up to you and what you think your asthetic should look like on a day to day basis.
