I walked through the carriages on the train not expecting them all to be full. I could always go sit by West I thought to myself. Only problem with that is he wouldn't let me. So I continued my walk through the carriages hoping that one, just one might be open.

Coming to the end of the train I almost turned back to go sit with West. It's lucky I didn't because then I would have missed the carriage with only one person in it.

A girl sat in the carriage looking out the window in a depressed manner. I weighed my options; I could go sit with West and his gang who will either ignore me or make fun of me, or I could sit here with this girl who probably wouldn't talk to me and would allow me to read in peace. The better of the 2 was obvious. So I sat with the girl.

As I put my luggage overhead she turned and looked at me. Quickly I asked "Can I sit here?" The girl looked annoyed. "You may, but I don't know if you can" she said in a huffed voice, then she turned back to the window.

Wow I thought, some grammar freak.

We didn't speak for some time. It wasn't until the trolley came and I bought 2 chocolate frogs, 1 box of every flavor beans, and 2 pumpkin pastries, that she spoke up. "You must be from a wizarding family to have that much gold." 

I answered in the best way I could "Yes, I come from pure-blood family" I paused "but that doesn't mean we are rich, or that just because of your blood type people are rich." She looked away, obviously embarrassed she said anything.

 "Speaking of blood type, what is you're blood type?" I said."Muggle-born" She answered promptly "and if your going to tease me about it Pure-blood, know that I already memorized all the spells I would need to make you wish you didn't."

The rest of the ride was silent.

But I already knew that I didn't like this girl, and I never would.
