“Meow!” I cried, pause. 

Let me introduce myself, Hi! I’m Luna; I’m a cat. I’m only a few weeks old, and it’s two days before Christmas Day. I live on the streets with my Mom, Dad, brother, Cory, and sister, Lily. Anyways, back to the story.   

“What is it sweetheart?” my mother asked. 

“I’m cold,” I answered. 

“I know, let’s go, come with mommy,” she said, so I followed her, through the bush to our little home. 

“Meow!” I heard my siblings cry. 

My mom jumped in, but she was taken, along with the rest of my family.
