Harold and Karen woke up the next morning getting ready for work. If you remember, Harold works for NASA. He stopped by Wendy’s for breakfast. Then off to work. When he got there. “I have a special offer for you Harold,” stated his boss, “how would you like to go to Mars?”
I think he almost fainted. He has wanted to go to Mars since he was a little boy. Mars was his favorite planet, and now he’s going there. It was the best day of his life.
“Yes! Yes! Yes!” he yelled joyfully.
“We have already told your doctor and he said it was fine,” stated his boss, “You will be staying at most a month and at least a week.”
The spacecraft was already made, so he would be leaving Wednesday. He took the rest of the day off work and called all his family members. He told them all the same thing, “I’m going to MARS! I will be gone for at most a month. I love you. See you then. Bye!”
He went home and started packing.
