Mrs. Weasley: *questioning* How to get on the platform? Yes, not to worry, dear. It’s Ron’s first time to Hogwarts as well. *a red-haired boy smiles* Now, all you’ve got to do is walk straight at the wall between platforms 9 and 10. Best do it at a bit of a run if you’re nervous.

Ginny: *still hugging Rachel* Good Luck.

Mrs. Weasley: *looks to Rachel* Why don’t you show him, Rachel?

Rae: *smiles* Of course, Momma Weasley.

~ Rachel hugs Ginny and kisses the top of her head before letting her go. She takes a quick breath and runs straight through the wall. Rachel comes out on the other side seeing the Hogwarts Express creating a giant smile on her face. Harry soon joins her, and they both get on the train. ~

~ Hogwarts Express ~

~ The train roars through an unknown country as Rachel and Harry enter a compartment. A short while later, a red-headed boy emerges with dirt on his nose.~

?: Excuse me, do you mind? Everywhere else is full. *sees Rachel and smiles* Tals!

Rae: *grins* Ronnie! 

Harry: *intrigue* No, not at all.

Ron: *sits beside Rachel* I’m Ron, by the way. Ron Weasley. *elbows her* But this one here calls me Ronnie to annoy me.

Rae: *ruffles his hair* It’s a sign of affection.

Harry: *chuckles* I’m Harry. Harry Potter.

Ron: *astonished* So--so it’s true?! I mean, do you really have the-- the--

Harry: The what?

Ron: *whispers* Scar…? Like Tals?

Rae: *gentle snap* Ronnie! Keep it down.

Ron: *frowns* Sorry, Tals. *curious* But do you have it, Harry?

Harry: Oh, yeah. *lifts hair grinning*

Ron: *smiles* Wicked.

~ Once Ron settled down, a trolley came by the compartment, filled with sweets. Rachel’s eyes instantly widen at the trolley when she sees hers and her pets’ favorite treats. The woman pushing it pulls open the compartment door with a bright smile on her face. ~

Woman: *smiling* Anything off the trolley, dears?

Rae: *smiles* Alison!

Alison: *laughs* Hello Ms. Hagrid.

Ron: *holds up mushed sandwiches* No, thanks, I’m all set. 

Harry: *pulls out money* We’ll take the lot!

Ron: *amazed* Whoa!

~ Alison grins as she chuckles, taking the coins from Harry and giving them the sweets. Alison reaches under the trolley and pulls out a basket filled with sweets heading them to Rachel, making her squeal happily. ~

Alison: *laughs* I know how you and your pets love sweets, so I set aside a basket just for you, Ms. Hagrid. It's on the house. 

Rae: *hugs it* Oh, thank you so much, Alison. They will love these. 

~ Alison waves goodbye before closing the door back to the compartment and continuing down the aisle. As the boys devour their newly bought sweets, they stare at Rachel as she simply gazes at the basket with a soft smile on her face. ~

Harry: *concern* Are you okay, Rachel?

Ron: *worried* Yeah, Tals. You are just staring at the thing.

Rae: *shakes her head softly chuckle* I’m fine, boys. *looks at them* You just don’t know how much this means to me.

Harry: *curious* What do you mean?

Ron: *eating* Yeah, it’s just sweets.

Rae: *shakes her head* No, it's much more than sweets. It’s Cauldron Cakes, Chocolate Cauldrons, Crystallised Pineapple, Glacial Snow Flakes, No Melt Ice Cream, Pumpkin Fizz, Sugar Quill, and Treacle Fudge. Each of these sweets symbolizes different things that my pets and I experienced together while living at Hogwarts. Only three people know about these sweets and what they symbolize. *smiles* It just makes me feel loved.

~ Rachel squeezes the basket with a huge smile and closed eyes. The boys grin widely, seeing her so happy and honored she opened up to them. All three of them start joking around and laughing when Harry picks up another sweet. ~

Harry: *inquired* Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans?

Ron: *lively* They mean every flavor! There is chocolate and peppermint, and there’s also spinach, liver, and tripe. George swore he got a bogey-flavored one once! 

Rae: *glee* I remember that day because I got a vomit-flavored one. The most disgusting thing ever. *shivers*

~ Taking the chance, Harry pops a bean in his mouth just to take it right back out.~

Rae: *grins* We warned you. 

Harry: *playfully glares then picks up a blue and gold package* These aren’t real chocolate frogs, are they?

Ron: It’s only a spell. Besides, it’s the cards you want. Each pack’s got a famous witch or wizard. I got about 500 myself.

Rae: *rolls eyes* And still don’t understand why.

Ron: *defensive* Because it’s called Card Collecting, Tals.

~ While Rachel and Ron go back and forth, Harry opens the package. The frog jumps out and lands on Rachel’s lap, making Ron laugh. She chuckles as she kisses the top of its head, causing it to ribbit as it jumps out the window, disappearing. ~

Ron: Oh, that’s too bad. They’ve only got one good jump in them, to begin with. Especially if Tals is around.

Rae: *shrugs* Hey! I can’t help that real or non-real animals love me.

Harry: *laughs at them both* Hey, I got Dumbledore!

Ron: *nonchalant* I got about 6 of him.

Harry: *Dumbledore disappears * Hey, he’s gone!

Ron: Well, you can’t expect him to hang around all day, can you? *Scabber squeaks* This is Scabbers, by the way, pitiful, isn’t he?

Harry: Just a little bit. 

~ Rachel stares at the rat and gets a weird but familiar vibe from it. Scabbers see her and back away enough not to be noticed by the others but easy enough for her. ~

Ron: *excited* Fred gave me a spell that’s supposed to turn him yellow. Want to see?

Harry: *intrigued* Yeah! Right, Rachel?

Rae: *smirks and stiff a laugh* Yeah, let’s see it. 

Ron: *smiles and clears throat* Ahem. Sun-

~ Before Ron could begin his spell, a young girl with bushy brown hair emerges in the doorway. ~

?: *irked* Has anyone seen a toad? A boy named Neville lost one.

Ron: No.

?: *notices Ron’s wand* Oh, are you doing magic? Let’s see it then.

Ron: *concentrating* Aghhhemm. Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow, turn this stupid fat rat yellow! *flicks wand and nothing happens*

?: *disinterested* Are you sure that’s a real spell? Well, it’s not very good, is it? Of course, I’ve tried a few simple spells myself, and they’ve all worked for me. For example… *sits in beside Harry and points her wand at his glasses* Oculus Reparo. *glasses are repaired, leaving Harry amazed* That’s better, isn’t it? *realization* Holy Cricket, you’re Harry Potter. I’m Hermione Granger-- and you are…*looks at Ron*

Ron: *mouth full of sweets* I’m-- Ron Weasley. *points to Rachel* And-- that’s Rachel Hagrid.

~ Hermione instantaneously turns in Rachel’s direction and gawks at her making Rachel giggle at her reaction. ~

Hermione: *gawking* Rachel-- Hagrid? As in THE Rachel Hagrid?

Rae: *giggles* Yes, I am. Please, my friends, call me Rae or any other nickname they come up with personally.

Hermione: *eyes twinkle* You are my role model! Everyone who is anyone knows about your inspiring wizardry!

Rae: *softly smiles* Well, thank you, Hermoine. *thinking* How about I call you Monnie for short?

Hermione: *squeals* I love it! *remembers the boys and acts normal* Pleasure. You two... *motions to the boys* better change into your robes. I expect we’ll be arriving soon. *gets up to leave but stops in front of Ron* You’ve got dirt on your nose, by the way, did you know? Just there. *points while Ron scratches his nose, embarrassed*

~ Rachel gets up once Hermione is gone to give the boys time to change while she changes into her robes as well. Afterward, she meets up with the twins, who instantly hug her again and drag her into their compartment for the rest of the trip. ~
