"OK. Now everybody is finally seated, we shall begin the lesson." Snape said as we sat down.  
The lesson went OK, until a tiny greyish owl with ruffled feathers zoomed through the window and on to my desk. It had a letter attached to its leg. I untied it and read the note:    
I'm not sure what class you're in right now but could you ask to come down to me hut? You can bring some friends. Sorry if you get in trouble, but I have something important to tell you.    
Hagrid.   
"Blaze, why do you have a letter in class?" Snape demanded. He read the letter. "You will certainly not be excused."   
While my potion was brewing, I wrote a letter back:    
I'm in Potions class right now and Professor Snape is definitely not going to let me leave class. It's lunch after this class though so I'll come at break. Ravenclaw didn't lose house points so it's OK.

I gave the note back to the tiny owl, who flapped before flying away.  
At lunch break, I told my friends about the note and we went of to Hagrid's hut.
