The next day, we were at the Platform, walking towards Platform 9.   
"Why are there so many Muggles?" I asked.  
"I think there's some sort of Muggle event going on." Melody answered.   
"Oh OK." I said, stroking Tawny's bark-like feathers. Melody was stroking her Snowy owl, Milo.     
"Come on! It's 10:50!" Dylan called, and rushed through the brick wall with his pitch-black cat, followed by Leona (shouting goodbye) with her owl. Then Melody and I ran through the wall and appeared on the other side, with the Hogwarts Express in front of us.     
"It feels strange being a second year." Melody sighed.   
"I'm going to like not being the lowest now." Laughed Leona. "Also, did you know that Quirrell doesn't teach anymore?"   
"No." I said. "I wonder who will be our new Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor."  
When we were watching the Sorting that evening, we noticed something. Gilderoy Lockhart was at the Professor's table.
