I shut my eyes. My head hit a cold floor but I wasn't injured. Voices were in the distance. What had happened? Had I been kidnapped? It was a female voice, it could've bern a dark witch.  
"Lily? Lily? Is she conscious?" Barnaby's voice was loud against the silence.    
"I'm alright." I groaned getting up. "It just made me jump."   
"It's my fault, I should have warned you." Mum apologised.  
"It's OK. But what happened?"  
"We used Floo Powder. It's this strange powder can take you anywhere through a fireplace." Dad explained.  
"Cool. But doesn't the train leave at eleven?" I asked.  
"Yeah."   
"So what are going to do?"   
"Wait."   
Two hours and ten minutes later, Barnaby told me to charge through a wall at Platform 9  3/4. I laughed.    
"No, seriously."  
My parents nodded.  
"OK? Bye Barnaby! By Mum and Dad!"   
"Bye Lily!"   
"See you at Christmas!"  
"Have a good term!"  
I ran through the brick wall. Tawny hooted, petrified. Then, I was standing by a beautiful scarlet train.  
"Woah." 
"Hogwarts Express!" A man called.  
Wow. I kinda guessed that. But I smiled at him and moved on. I picked a carriage not too close to either end. I realised that two girls and a boy were in my chosen carriage and I felt shy. Ten minutes later the train started to move. We were off!
