- sometimes potioneers have to mumble to their cauldrons to get the potion right
- Pewter is best for beginners all hogwarts students should have a size two pewter cauldron
- Brass, brew potions at a medium speed, slightly more expensive than pewter
- Copper, is the fastest cauldron for brewing only a skilled witch or wizard should use a copper cauldron.
- silver is one of the best cauldrons to use although very expensive and rare
- the fire crab also is a wonderful cauldron
- tools you may find in a potions lab include, scales, measuring cups, a ruler, a sharp knife, a cutting board and a stiring ustensil.
