Time For the Plan
Chapter 17
Isabell started writing as fast as she could.
Olivia… I heard everything! (Isabell)
Tell me everything right now.
Draco was in the boy’s bathroom, crying. Moaning Myrtle was there, trying to comfort him. Then, Amelia came and they had a conversation for a while. Draco kept saying: He will kill me and my plan will fail.
I don’t know what that means though… Anyways, Harry barged in and tried to hex Draco. Draco pushed Amelia aside as they started duelling madly. Hexes and spells and jinxes were flying everywhere, making mirrors shatter to pieces! Then Harry used the same spell that Snape used on you in our first year when you were in your animagus form! And so unexpectedly, Snape came in out of nowhere and healed him. Snape took him to the Hospital Wing and then came back, demanding Harry to get his books. So, Harry obeyed and ran away. Snape was telling Amelia to tell him everything Draco had told her. Obviously, she wouldn’t and fortunately for her, Harry came back in with all his books. Snape examined them, then he stormed off and gave Harry detention every Saturday! I almost ruined my cover by laughing when Snape said: Is your nickname ‘Roonil Wazlib’? But thank god they didn’t notice me. So… will the plan work?
What? Good. Ok. What? Ok. No! Ok. That was long. Now our plan will work because I’m guessing Amelia will go visit Draco in the hospital wing… Our plan is perfect but who will “hurt” Amelia?
I can’t…
I’ll do it. I’ll do anything to make Amelia hate a murderer!
Alright… I’m coming to the Common Room now…
Isabell rushed to the Ravenclaw tower then the Common Room and found Olivia and Albert waiting by the cosy fire. They noticed her approaching and immediately stood up. Olivia nodded and took the snakeskin cloak.
‘How are you going to hurt her?’ Albert asked before Olivia left.
‘Yeah… With what?’
‘I have my ways.’
Isabell and Albert glanced at each other then looked at Olivia.
Olivia walked away to make Amelia see reality.
Olivia headed to the Hospital Wing, covered in the snakeskin cloak.
Let’s see what they’re doing...
She quietly opened the door and closed it. She entered the Hospital Wing to see Amelia sitting next to a bed. Someone was on the bed. It was Draco, looking more pale than ever before.
‘Hello, lovebirds.’
Olivia smirked as she took off the snakeskin cloak.
Amelia stood up quickly, facing Olivia.
‘Go away, now.’
Olivia didn’t move.
‘Go away.’
Olivia still hadn’t moved, she was approaching Amelia, who drew her wand. Olivia stopped, arching her eyebrows.
‘You’re really going to hex me.’
‘Maybe,’ said Amelia, holding her wand tightly.
‘Amelia… Amelia… Amelia… Draco has made us separated. We barely see each other. Besides, he’s using you. So that he doesn’t… die.’
Olivia smirked again.
Amelia looked angry.
‘I chose to help.’
‘You either leave him or I force you.’
Olivia drew her wand and pointed it at Amelia, who did the same.
‘But I won’t… I won’t leave, what will you d-’
Olivia used a spell which made Amelia bend down on her knees.
‘Are you really going to kill Dumbledore? For Draco? For evil? He’s making your soul darker. You actually decided to help him kill Dumbledore, the source of safety at Hogwarts.’
‘My soul? What about your soul while you’re torturing me like that-’
Amelia then screamed as Olivia looked angrier by the second. Olivia’s eyes started turning red, just like Ava Dragonheart’s eyes were when she was torturing Albert. The green in her eyes were disappearing. Amelia looked horrified-
‘Crucio!’
Right after Amelia screamed in pain, Draco jumped from the bed.
‘Expelliarmus!’
Olivia’s wand flew from her hand and rolled on the floor. Her eyes were still red.
‘I see Mr. Malfoy is feeling better. What are you going to do, Malfoy? Kiss Amelia?’
Draco, with his pale shaking hand, pointed his wand at Olivia, who raised up her arms in surrender. Only she didn’t surrender, she dodged Draco’s spell and caught her wand. She twirled around and pointed it at Draco, who froze.
Amelia stood up and started sending stun spells in Olivia’s direction.
‘Pathetic. Fight… harder, don’t you see Amelia, Draco is using you!’ Olivia said as she dodged the spells by every word. ‘He wants you to die!’
‘ARGH! I chose to help him! He told me to not help him for my safety!’
‘THE PURE SIDE OF ME WANTS THAT!’
Amelia stopped.
“The pure side of me”?
Amelia continued sending stunning spells as Olivia dodged them. She became angrier and more scared every time Olivia dodged a spell and started firing them at Olivia faster by the second.
‘Will- you- just - stay - STILL!’
The last stunning spell hit Olivia right in the chest, Amelia gasped.
‘Sorry! I’m sorry! Sorry!’
Amelia walked towards Olivia, who was on the floor.
‘Rennervate!’ Amelia reawoke Olivia, who looked livid when she saw Amelia.
Olivia took her wand. But then, she dropped it and her eyes got back their sparkle. She looked at Amelia, confused.
‘What happened-’
Draco gaped at Olivia in silence. Olivia then pointed her wand towards Draco, but Amelia wouldn’t give up.
‘Protego!’
An invisible shield covered Draco and Olivia couldn’t hex him.
‘I wasn’t going to hurt him, I was only going to-’
But before Olivia could complete her sentence, a door in the corner burst open, revealing Madame Pomfrey, her face red.
‘NO FIGHTING IN THE HOSPITAL WING!’ she shrieked. ‘I HAVE TO INFORM PROFESSOR DUMBLEDORE! GO MS. DRAGONHEART AND CLEARWATER! GO!’
Amelia and Olivia ran for their lives out of the Hospital Wing then reached the Common Room. They were greeted by silence and surprised expressions from Isabell and Albert.
Amelia stormed off to the Dormitory in fury.
‘So… Did you do it?’ Albert asked nervously.
Olivia shook her head then collapsed on a soft chair near the mini-library.
‘Then why is she angry at you?’ Isabell questioned.
‘I-’
Isabell gave a stern look which Olivia took to mean “tell the truth”.
‘Why is she angry at you?’ Isabell repeated.
‘I may have told her she had to hate Draco and tortured her for a second but I don’t remember what happened after-’
‘So you hurt her mentally and physically?’ Isabell demanded.
‘I-I-I- you know what? She likes him and I don’t know why! Just because she thinks he’s good looking doesn’t mean she has to like him!’
‘Just because he’s good looking? Just because he’s good looking? She likes him because they were friends for a long time and because she will help him kill Dumbledore, that’s proof they were very good friends!’ said Isabell through gritted teeth. ‘Did you know I heard Snape tell Amelia that Draco is forced to do the mission, and that she should help him? So don’t judge Amelia like that!’
‘I-I think she’s right Olivia… You shouldn’t judge Amelia like that…’ said Albert nervously.
‘You’re on her side now? Fine, if you think that Amelia should help Draco kill Dumbledore, then you should help them too!’
‘What if I am on her side? And I didn’t say Amelia should help Draco kill-’ but before he could complete his sentence, Olivia yelled in anger and ran to the girl’s Dormitory.
‘And I thought you liked her,’ Isabell said, shaking her head in disbelief.
‘I guess I grew out of it…’ said Albert in a whisper.
But Olivia heard it. She stopped. She sniffed and started crying, making Albert regret what he had just said.
‘No! I didn’t mean that-’
Olivia’s eyes started turning red, then she shook her head and they returned to emerald green. She shook her head uncontrollably but they still turned red.
‘My poor pure side of me… A mudblood hurts her with unforgettable words.’
Olivia smiled.
Albert and Isabell looked petrified. Isabell ran to Olivia and shook her. Olivia’s eyes remained red. Isabell got out her wand and stunned her. She then reawoke her again and Olivia’s eyes turned green. She gave Albert a disgusted look and stormed off to the Dormitory, leaving him standing there, feeling more guilt by the second.
‘And it all ends badly, the end,’ Isabell said as she climbed the stairs to the Dormitory.
