Methods.
Chapter 3
A method is not necessary but it makes it more likely that you will shift. There are hundreds of different methods but I will only add my favorite ones here. I advise you to check out several different books/sites and try different methods occasionally.
Pillow method
This method is really simple and I often combine it with other methods.
- Go through your shifting routine.
- Write affirmations and your script on paper
- Go to sleep.
Ravin method
This is the method I use most often. this is also one of the better known methods.
- Go through your shifting routine.
- Lie down in the starfish position (feet and hands spread apart)
- Count to 100 saying affirmations after each number (1, I am shifting, 2, shifting is easy, etc) while imaging your DR.
- Imagin your DR as you fall asleep.
Sunset method
This method was created by my favorite YouTuber Rachelle Au.
- Go through your shifting routine.
- Imagine yourself looking at a sunset.
- Repeat affirmations to yourself as you watch the sun set.
- Once the sun has completely set Imagine your DR.
- Fall asleep Imaging your DR.
My shifting routine
- I go through a guided meditation. You can do a guided meditation or do your own. 10-15 minutes.
- I read my script.
- I read Harry Potter books. You can watch clips of the movies, watch the movies, or read the books. 10 - 15 minutes.
Affirmations
Affirmations are just short sentences here are some of my favorite ones
- Shifting is easy.
- I will shift.
- I am shifting.
- I am an exceptional shifter.
