Scripts help control your dr. Otherwise anything can happen. You could end up anywhere! However they are not strictly mandatory. I do highly recommend making one.

           You can write your script on a paper or make a digital copy. I personally use a paper but a lot of people like digital because you can add any pictures you want.

This is the stuff that I have in my script:

Needed

This stuff is needed to make your DR a better place
