(Yn’s pov) 

It was the afternoon before the last day of school, so pretty much it was the last full day of school. The end of my first year at Hogwarts. I started packing up some of my things then I got called to the Headmaster’s office. I wonder what for. 

When I finally got up Indu was in the room. I walked to the desk and sat down next to her. “There is two things I wish to talk to you about Miss Riddle” The headmaster started “First I want to inform you that Indu will not be here next year, she is transferring schools” 

I looked at Indu “My mom wants us to move to America” She explained

“Oh, well I will miss you, guess we'll just have to send letters” We hugged then she left

“The second thing I wanted to talk to you about was the fact that Indu is leaving. Your house. You are a Ravenclaw though you spent most of the year in Slytherin with your brothers even if you could have gone between the two. I also understand that your only Ravenclaw friend was Indu and that there are some Ravenclaw who you don’t like. So you have two options for next year. One you can stay a Ravenclaw but you won’t be able to sleep in a dorm with your brothers but we still can offer you a private Ravenclaw dorm. Or two you can change your house and be a Slytherin and continue to stay with your brothers” 

I thought about it for a second. The hat had put me in Ravenclaw so I wanted to be in Ravenclaw but I still wanted to be able to see my brothers, but at the same time a private dorm would be nice. “I will stay a Ravenclaw if that like you said I get a private dorm” 

“Yes you will get a private dorm, is that your final decision?”   

“I have one more question, can I still sit at the Slytherin table in the Great hall?” 

“Yes, of course except for the sorting ceremony, you will have to sit at your own house table for that” 

“Ok, then yes, that is my final decision” 

He smiled “Ok, you may go now” 

I made my way back to the dorm to finish packing up. “Why did the headmaster want to speak to you?” Thomas asked

“Just about next year and houses and dorms” I replied 

“So what is going to happen next year?” Mattheo asked 

“I am staying a Ravenclaw, which means I won’t be able to share the dorm with you anymore, but on the plus side I get to have a private dorm” 

“Why do you want a private dorm, why don’t you want to be with Indu?” Thomas asked 

“Indu is moving to America and there's no way I’m sleeping next to Cora” Mattheo and I laugh. “There’s no way she would last a full year if I had to sleep next to her every night, I wouldn’t be able to last a week. I will miss sleeping in the same room as you but I just want to stay a Ravenclaw you know, it’s what the sorting hat chose even if I was close to being in Slytherin” 

“I understand,” Thomas insisted. I finished packing everything up and by the time I was done it was time for the end of term/ end of the year feast. We headed down and Thomas suggested that I could ask if Indu and her boyfriend wanted to sit at the Slytherin table so that we all could sit together. I told Indu this and she thought it was a great idea so we all decided to sit at the end of the table so that we weren't sitting in the middle of a bunch of Slytherins. We had a good time. 

That night it took me a while to fall asleep. I was excited for summer but I was sad that I wouldn't really be able to see Indu again and I didn’t want to have to go home to our father. I adventaly fell asleep though and Thomas woke me up the next morning. I made sure everything was packed then went down to the Great Hall for breakfast and then we made sure my luggage was on the train and then got on. I sat with Indu, Nathan, and Olivia who managed to get away from Harper and Evelyn. We played a couple games to pass the time and get to know each other better. I was feeling nice so I let them get one sweet and I would pay for it. 

When we got off the train I said my goodbyes and gave my hugs especially Indu then I found my brothers and we left. 

When we got home I went straight to my room and flopped on my bed. A little while later the house elf brought my things to my room. I changed into a loose black tank top then put on some olive green pants. I prepared myself for the future because my life was changing. It started changing ever since I started Hogwarts and put myself out into the real world.
