Amelia woke up. She found Isabell shaking and shivering in the Common Room, it was still 3:15 in the morning. Amelia looked closely at Isabell, and she suddenly got sucked into a black hole.

Oh, this again…

Amelia continued walking and saw a silver glow. She didn’t want to touch it as she felt the coldness a mile away. But she didn’t have to, the silver glow went inside her and she took a deep breath then collapsed on the now green, hard textured floor.

Amelia heard two voices, one quiet and soft, but the other hoarse and low. 

‘I can talk to animals?’ asked the quiet voice.

‘Yes…’ the hoarse voice replied.

Amelia looked behind her to see Isabell talking to a unicorn? Wait! That was not a unicorn, it was an alicorn?

Amelia’s jaw dropped. 

Olivia told her (she read that in a book) that if someone can talk to an alicorn, they could also talk to animals, understand nature and kill animals without a wand if they wanted to.

Why did she keep that a secret? Or at least why did she think of it as a secret?

Amelia then felt herself being dragged up again and back onto the floor of the Common Room.
