Fred and George
Chapter 43
Fred and George
Mr. Bluesky, Mrs. Weasley and Mrs. Bluesky were all rushing towards Amelia. All the children: Isabell, Olivia, Ginny, Cho, Hermione, Ron, Harry, the Ravenclaw team and Ron’s brothers had to stay at home. Olivia and Isabell both were asked to hold the stretcher Amelia was in. They carried Amelia towards the new car (With the stretcher that Mr. Bluesky conjured) and the parents got in with her all except Mrs. Bluesky. She had to carry Ivan and she wouldn’t see the magical hospital anyways. All the children had to stay inside the house while Amelia was driven to St Mungo’s.
‘Do you think she’ll be ok?’ asked Isabell worriedly.
‘I hope,’ replied Olivia nervously.
‘I’m sure she’ll be fine,’ said Hermione reassuringly. ‘Well, after that bezoar we gave her she’s bound to be ok.’
‘What’s St. Mungo’s?’ asked Ginny.
‘It’s a magical hospital,’ explained Cho.
‘Yes and the full name is St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries.’ said Hermione.
‘No one cares,’ said Ron annoyingly.
‘I need something to make me cheerful right now,’ said Olivia sadly.
‘AHEM! AHEM!’ said Ron’s 2 twin brothers at the same time.
‘They are identical twins!’ laughed Cho.
‘Of course we are,’ said the one on the right.
‘I’m Fred, he’s George,’ said the one on the left while he pointed to the one on the right.
‘I think I’ll have a hard time identifying who’s who!’ said Olivia, grinning. ‘Even though I saw you about a million times.’
‘As you were saying-’
‘You needed someone to make you feel cheerful.’
‘So, here we are-’
‘Fred, George, what are you going to do this time?’ asked Ron, grinning.
‘They blew up their room once,’ giggled Ginny.
‘You know, just because mum’s gone doesn’t mean you get to destroy everything. Besides, I’m still here,’ said a tall red-haired prefect. He was one of Ron’s brothers. He was called Percy.
‘Yay! Here comes Percy to save the day! He’s a pain in the bum, he is,’ whispered Ron sarcastically to Harry and Hermione.
Harry howled with laughter, unable to control himself. He then saw Percy and looked embarrassed.
‘Very funny Ron,’ said Percy.
‘You heard that?’ said Ron, quite embarrassed of himself.
‘Whatever,’ said Fred, as a grin formed on his face.
‘Time to laugh!’ continued George.
Percy got out a book and crossed his arms.
‘Should have just gotten a book,’ muttered Olivia as she saw Percy reading.
‘Meh-’
‘I’m telling mother when she comes!’ he said irritably.
‘Who cares?’ said Ron.
‘Now, have you got a soundproof empty room in this house Isabell?’
‘Yes, but please don’t tell me you’re going to blow it up!’ grinned Isabell. ‘Mom’s still here to punish anyone who causes trouble!’
‘No. Not now anyways-’ started Fred.
‘We have a better idea-’ continued George.
‘We’re going to-’
‘Do something that-’
‘Will blow the roof off-’
‘NO!’ said Isabell angrily.
‘Too late,’ said George mischievously as he and Fred ran up the stairs to look for the right room.
‘I really shouldn’t have said that I want to feel cheerful,’ said Olivia nervously.
‘I’ll go get mum. Percy, you seem a bit responsible, you go stalk them while-’
BOOM!
There was a sound.
‘NO! Too late!’ said Isabell as she collapsed into a chair.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and the Ravenclaw team were all laughing. Olivia clasped her hands to her mouth.
‘Mum and dad will kill me,’ said Isabell to herself, she was slightly shaking.
‘Hey, Isabell. Your dad can fix it when he comes back. My mum can help him too!’ said Ginny cheerfully.
‘We’ll go check what they did,’ said Olivia and Cho.
‘I’ll come too,’ said Hermione, getting up.
The three girls rushed upstairs and saw that Fred and George weren’t there.
‘What did they do? There’s nothing here,’ asked a confused Cho.
But her question was answered as soon as they entered the other room. Fred and George were building a giant bomb to throw at the roof.
‘IT’S EVEN WORSE THAN I THOUGHT!’ shouted Isabell, coming into the room.
‘We won’t do it! It would be too mean anyways!’ said Fred.
‘We’ll throw it at the house next to you! We promise!’ said George, smiling a fake smile.
‘Good,’ said Ginny, sighing.
‘This is not good! They’ll be in trouble with the ministry!’ said Hermione. ‘They’ll be blamed!
‘Who cares? People like to be entertained and we’ll give them entertainment,’ said Fred excitedly
The rest of the boys came into the room.
‘Yes, now it’s a full audience!’ said George.
But when he and Fred threw it, the bomb turned into a giant firework! Before anyone could say anything, Mrs. Bluesky came in.
‘Children! I received a letter from an owl just now!’ Mrs. Bluesky said, coming into the room looking shocked at what Fred and George did and handing the letter to Isabell. It looked as though it was written with a very shaky hand:
Amelia is fine, the healers have sorted her out. You can visit her tomorrow at noon.
How can she thank you for thinking of the bezoar, Hermione? And then Olivia and Isabell getting it very fast. Thank goodness she has such wonderful friends. Her parents don’t know yet, or Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy.
Thank you.
Riley Bluesky
‘Thank god,’ Isabell sighed happily.
They all high-fived each other and ate some leftovers as a celebration that Amelia was fine.
‘The dessert is ready,’ said Mrs. Bluesky.
‘Should we bring some for Amelia tomorrow?’ asked Cho.
‘Of course!’ replied Hermione.
‘Ok. Dig in!’ said Mrs. Bluesky.
