All Witches and Wizards have different culture, whether it's pure blood, half blood, or muggle born. Though it didn't start out like that.

There used to be just pure bloods. All the wizards started out like that, and the non-magic people didn't know anything about magic. That was until muggle borns started happening. They would receive their acceptance letter from the school, and get confused.

The first muggleborn that is known is Armadagh VonStrellah, who thought it was a joke when she received a letter from Beauxbatons. Indeed, her parents did think it could've been a trick. They brought her to Beauxbatons anyway, and were stunned to see around a thousand people in blue robes. Armadagh still did not believe anything until they arrived at the castle.

Once muggle borns started, half bloods were also made, and started becoming a usual part of the Wizarding World. However, many people compaign against anything but pure bloods, following in one of the most famous dark wizards of all time, The Dark Lord's, footsteps.

Still, people have come to except that everyone is different in their own way.
