Explanation

- If you are studying for a test and you stay up late. You will be tired for the test which isn't good and it's also unhealthy to stay up.

- Revising your notes may help you out a bit. If you don't understand a certain thing while your studying then, read your notes and the answer may lie within those words.

- When you are studying it's best to be in a comfortable place so, that you are more relaxed instead of being tense.

- You should stay motivated while studying so, that you get more work done. If you weren't motivated you would be bored and most likely get distracted.

- What I mean by this is set time aside to study. Once you do, you can study without being rushed.

- Everyone has a different way of learning. Some learn better with pictures and others learn better with books. So, you should find out what helps you study and use that to your advantage.

- Review and revise the topic so, that you covered what you may have forgotten.

- Taking breaks help you. When you take a five minute break you can use it for snacking or reading. Once your time is up you may go back to studying.

- Teaching another person a topic shows that you have a lot of information about that topic in your head. If your friend is struggling with a subject or a certain topic. You can teach them and once you do then, you will realize how much you know.

- Don't be afraid for asking for help because there are times when you don't understand a thing. What you can do is ask the Professor or someone else you know that may help you.
