Chapter 2
One person writes a story and thinks it’s mediocre and boring while another reads the same story and it becomes their escape. Any piece of writing is a part of the writer's soul.
Travelling realms and conquering kingdoms. No matter what novel it’s through, these experiences are always full of magic and wonder. You have to be a little bit crazy in order to venture through hell-like realms and wander heavenly dimensions.
Strange isn’t it how the closest thing we have to magic is a compilation of compressed, dead trees, stained with combinations of lines and dots that form symbols which tell a story.
The ability to discover new worlds, live lives entirely different to our own, travel to new, unique destinations and even play with the very fabrics of universes.
Guns, knives and magic. Nothing is out of bounds. Any voyage is possible. Exploring worlds through new eyes as we jump dimensions, visit magic isles, open doors to wonderland and dive to unknown depths.
The feeling of losing yourself in a book and then snapping back to reality, feeling a twinge of disappointment that it wasn’t real. It’s weird because a lot of bad things happen in those stories. The whole concept of reading is odd if you think about it. Our brains look at these symbols on pages and our imaginations form vivid hallucinations and cause us to imitate the characters' emotions. To think that our minds can think up such complicated worlds with even more complicated plots and crazy in-depth personalities.
