I was getting help from my therapist.  I tried to tell her all that happened but I couldn't.  She eventually got me to tell her, but it took hours of her asking me before I would tell her.  This was her response.

"Marek.  You need to calm down.  Slow down.  Tell me, slower.  I can't help you if you don't slow down.  I can tell you one thing though, you are needed here.  Nobody wants you gone.  Everybody needs you."

I responded,

"You know that I can't tell you.  I can't."

She said,

"Then I can't help you.  I need to know or I will have to ask your parents.  You know they always tell me everything since we met before you were born.  I help all of you.  Just tell me.  Maybe you will save someone else too."
