When I left HiH I was thinking of ending it all. No more problems, no more family, no more friends. Then I somehow happened upon the song Never Give Up by For King and Country. Kind of the opposite of what you would think. I wanted to give up and yet this song was telling me to Never Give Up. Like what is going on? I listened and IO listened and I listened some more. It got to the point that whenever I am upset (which is a lot), I will turn it on and listen to it.

I was in a hard time for a while there and couldn't tell dreams from reality. My therapist Tasha helped me. She helped me to live. She completely changed me for the better. I could not ever choose another person over her. She has a special place in my life and she knows that she saved it. She saved my life and she knows it. She doesn't talk about it, but she knows. She was the one who found the note, the one who rushed to stop me, the one who convinced me that people did care about me. This was 11 days after I left.
