Chapter 3

We walked inside. "I'm Morius." As I was waiting for her to respond I looked at all the children walking in. "Name's Cornelia. Come along", she answered. "Where to?", I asked. She went to a large hall filled with tables and chairs. I ran after her. "Cornelia? Cornelia?" I followed her to a table where everyone sat down.

"Welcome! Welcome everyone! I suppose you're all new here and have no clue where to go, so... This school exists out of houses... 'teams' that you'll be in. There's Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and Slytherin. Each house or 'team' can earn points. As soon as your name has been called you'll have to come forward and put on the sorting hat. The sorting hat will tell you which house you belong to. You'll be told more after everyone has found his house."

~After a few minutes~

"Morius Drackenhart?" I stepped forward to the headmasters and wore the sorting hat.

-Sorting hat: "Umm... Where shall I place you?"

-Me: "Maybe Gryffindor?"

-Sorting hat: "I'd say Ravenclaw"

-Me: "Trust me, I don't belong there."

-Sorting hat: "Well, maybe I have mistaken myself...Drackenhart."

The sorting hat had a smirk on his face. He smiled at me. "Wow, that was close", I said to Cornelia. She laughed. Everyone was sorted and the headmasters spoke to their own house:"Everyone has his/her owl?" We all nodded. "Then let's get started!"
