Sofia was sitting on the edge of the Astronomy tower, her feet dangling. She could feel the soft breeze blowing in her hair as she watched the little people walk and talk with friends below her. She felt like she had the world on her back, like it was all her fault. Sofia had been up there through the first class, and didn't feel like coming down now. She was at a high, finaly feeling free in the breeze, and knowing the edge only one step away. What if I... Fell? this though occasionally crossed her mind more often as she was on the edge. But her muscles locked, and her mind froze when she came to close. The break time was starting, and Sofia though that she should come down, to at least speak with Rose. But as she was standing up, the door to the tower opend, and a boy walked in. He was the same age as her, and had messy auburn hair. His eyes were a sea-sick green color, but you could hardly tell because his eyes were full to the brim with tears. His bag fell from his shoulder and hit the floor with a thump, books spilling out. He quickly used the sleeves of his robes to wipe his eyes, as Rose had done.
"W-What are you doing?" He asked, taking a catious step forward. Sofia had just realized, it looked as though she were about to jump.
"Oh. Well, I was about to come down." She glanced at the edge once more and sat back down, now letting her feet hit the solid, safe, floor. He relaxed, and Sofia realized, He's wearing Slytherin robes.
"I'm Sofia-"
"I know who you are." He cut her off, relaxing as she sat down. "Sorry, It's just... I'm Albus. Albus Potter. Your Father and mine- well you know."
"Grandfather" She said, as soon as he was done talking. He tilted his head as if he were a pouppy tring to get a better look. "Voldemort. He's my Grandfather."
"Oh, Apologies." he looked to his feet, but then back at Sofia. "Say, Um- Why are you up here anyway? Normaly I'm the only one who even knows this place is here." She looks into his red eyes and smiles weakly.
"Same reason as you I presume." He wipes his eyes, ridding it of tears thsat had sproutted.
"Oh, well, If you want to make it to our next class, i think we should go." He smiles back and collects his stuff.
"Yeah, I suppose we should." She gets up and grabs her own bag smirking at him.
"After you, Riddle."
"Shove off, Potter"
