There once was a house on the hill in the middle of London, where wizards and muggles alike walk the roads. Upon the hill, there was a rickety, wooden, old house with several stories, stacked upon each other balancing in some way that nobody knows, not even me, and I live there. I wake up every day on the top floor in a small bedroom with my fraternal twin Ana. We share this bedroom in the summer when all the family is home. Our family, a pureblood family of wizards and witches for generations to come and have gone to Hogwarts, it’s normally an empty house as my older brother Austin is going Hogwarts along with my older sister Erin. Erin is a Slytherin in her 7th year and is not perfect, which our mom scolded for her as are a pureblood family. Austin is a Hufflepuff (perfect) in his 5th year. Ana and I are starting school this year. I sneaked down the stairs last night (the day before the Hogwarts term started) and this is what I heard. 

Three sets of plain work robes (black).

One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear.

One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar).

One winter cloak (black, silver fastenings).

Please note that all student's clothes should carry name tags at all times.

After we got all of our stuff we were brought to Magical Menagerie to get some pets, Ana chose a white tiger cub and I decided to get a chocolate lab. After we got them we got to choose their names, Ana named her tiger Nyx and I named my dog Luna. BANG an owl ran into me with a letter, after Ana and I had read it we squealed with joy, we had been asked to join our Hogwarts quidditch teams, so we headed to the broom shop and got the latest model, the phoenix, it was so fast that sometimes it looked like you were teleporting and it has a robotic bat that beats bludgers away from you.

“I’m disgusted, we are a pureblood family everybody in the family has been perfect for generations, I expected more from you.” said angrily Mrs. Evergreen “I’m sorry mom, I guess I’m just not that type,” Erin said quietly.“Speak up girl, we can never hear you,” replied Mrs. Evergreen “I guess I’m not that type of girl!” yelled Erin “Not that type of girl, you better be!” exclaimed Mrs. Evergreen“I will not let 20 years of our name and tradition go to waste.” she continued “I’m sorry mother, I will make it up to you,” Erin said “You what these means,” said Mrs. Evergreen still very angry. “No mother please no, I promise I will do better,” said Erin, almost crying. I never saw her cry. “No you disappointed me for the last time” exclaimed Mrs. Evergreen Crucio! “AHHHHHH” Erin shrieked. “I think one more will do the trick,” said Mrs. Evergreen with an evil grin. “No mom, huh please please no,” said Erin now crying and gasping for air Crucio! Erin shrieked again, she twitched and rolled on the floor screaming in pain, I was surprised it didn't wake Ana and Austin up. Now I saw her cry and It was the most irregular thing I have ever seen.  “Who is the girl perfect in 7th year?” she asked inquisitively “I-I don’t know,” Erin said in the horror of her mom

That's when I walked away back up to my room on the top of the house and made an oath to never tell Erin that I saw her cry. I tried to go to sleep that night but it would not happen, every time I closed my eyes I kept getting replays of Erin getting tortured I couldn't get it out of my head. It got so bad I had to wake Ana up and tell her what happened. “You won't know what I just saw…”  Then I told her the story. “Oh wow what are we going to do” exclaimed Ana “Nothing absolutely nothing,” I told her. When I finished all she could say was “wow” then BAM both of us passed out, it was almost as if someone just hit us on the head hard… but no one was there, when I woke up the next morning I thought that it was all a dream until I realized that both Ana and I were lying on the ground, I didn't really think much of it at the time and just thought that we were just really tired. We went down for breakfast only to discover a note on the table which read.

“Jaasdfosdfgeifkgodnokelmwokfle”

“What the heck is this?” screamed Ana at the top of her lungs. “Shhhhh, no clue” I whispered back. “Whatever,” said Ana and tossed it away. After that we went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast, we only had to make some for ourselves because we knew that Erin and Austin wouldn't be up until noon, we had to make breakfast as fast as we could so that we could get to Diagon Alley before the big rush. After we finished making breakfast we ran to wake up our brother, as we were walking him up he almost punched us and then grumbled good morning and started to get up, Erin was already out of the house and studying for N.E.W.T.S even though it was still very early seeing as they take place in May.

We were walking down Diagon Alley and it was way better than we had ever imagined, the road was marble, the stores were plated in gold, there was a garden in the middle of it all, and at the very back was the famed Gringotts… this was the bank that rich people used, it was all marble with diamond statues all along the outside, when you walk into the doors there is a huge marble staircase with a red carpet and a diamond chandelier. After we got our money we went to Ollivanders this was the only shop that wasn't covered in gold or marble, it was a wooden shop and when you walked in you were greeted by Ollivander himself, he was only a ghost now and couldn't get wands so he had his assistant get him the wands he needs, after about 10 seconds of looking at us he got us twin wands, “Here, try this” he said to us “Cherry wood with a phoenix feather core, 10 ½” and rigid flexibility” We tried the wands and we had finally found our wands and were very eager to use them. Next, we went to Flourish and Blotts and other shops to buy the books and items we needed.
