James's POV:

"Come on Padfoot!" I exclaimed.

"Nope. Not a chance," Padfoot shook his head.

"It's obvious," Remus added.

"Is not," Pads protested.

"Is too!" I yelled.

"Is not!"

"Is
to and ye know it!" I pointed my finger at him. We were sitting in the
Gryffindor Commen Room that night. Everyone else was somewhere else, so
it didn't really matter how much we yelled.

"You can't just point a finger at to people and say 'you love each other!' It doesn't work that way, Prongs," Padfoot growled.

"Pads,
we're not just pointing a finger at you and Serana. Would you like me
to give some evidence? Shall we have a Marauders Trail?" I opened up my
arms. Moony and Wormtail nodded, but Padfoot slumped lower down in his
seat.

"Wormtail,You are judge! Moony! You are witness and the
Jury. I, James Potter, am Lawyer, and you Padfoot, are that other dude,"
I wasn't very good at all this muggle court stuff, but I tried. Well,
mostly to impress my Lily-flower.

"That's not far! I have no one on my side!" Pads complained.

"That's because, no one believes you," I flicked his noes. He growled at me.

"Remus John Lupin, I call you up to the stand!" I pointed to the armchair in front of the fire.

"Judge Wormtail, go stand next to him," I whispered to Wormtail, "and Sirius Orion Black, go sit on the couch!"

"I am sitting on the couch."

"The other side!" After Pads moved, I plopped down next to him.

"Uh…Mr. James Potter, please come out with you evidence?" Wormtail said. I sighed and stood up.

"Mr.
Lupin, is it true that Mr. Black here, has been caught, not only
staring off into the distance, but also at my client, Serana
Longbottom?"

"Hey! That's not cool dude!" Pads proclaimed.

"Eh! Shh. Let the witness speak," I popped the 'P'.

"Yes. It is true," Moony nodded.

"And is it true, that Sirius Orion Black has been caught saying strange things, according to Ms. Serana Longbottom?"

"Yes. Sometimes have heard him muttering…things, I dare not say here, on behalf of Eclipse."

Pads grumbled a few things.

"Thank
you, Mr. Lupin. You may go," I nodded at Moony, "And! There have been
times I've seen Mr. Black's eyes go foggy, as if he's in some little
world. At night, I hear him whisper things about my client. Is it true
Mr. Black that you kissed my client at 6:20 PM yesterday?"

"Yes! But I'm Sirius Black! I've kissed at least every single girl in this school, once," Pads said smugly.

"That
is true, yes. But I've seen you…disgustingly, kiss some of those girls.
But when I witnessed this kiss, it was unlike any other I have ever
seen! So, I'll ask you this one more time, Mr. Black, do you love Serana
Longbottom?"

Pads stood up. He walked away.

"I won't say
I'm in love! I'll show you I don't love her!" He yelled. I caught
something like 'Stupid, good for nothing, Maraduer Trials.'

"He loves her," Moony sighed.

"It's so obvious," I agreed.

"Guilty on the charges of love!" Wormtail yelled.
