Red Caps
These dwarf-like creatures live in holes on old battlegrounds or wherever human blood has been spilt. This led to the theory that they are attracted to human blood and It is proven correct. They have sunken red eyes and foul green skin, they may be related to dwarfs, goblins or house elves, It is about 3-4 feet.
They are native to Northern Europe and are less vicious during their mating season as they are a lot more interested in attacking each other than any other invaders of their territory. They are more dangerous to Muggles.
They are classified by XXX by the ministry.
