When building your wands
Chapter 4
Wands can be a range of sizes and have various levels of flexibility. When making a wand, you should never make the wand less than 8 inches long, and no larger than 15 inches long.
Most wands' flexibility is based upon what kind of wood they are made of, and the less flexible the wand, the more loyal and harder to win.
Also remember that you don't have to decorate the wands you make, but at the very least you can if you so choose to.
